I do not Care for Religion...

I do not care for religion. If you are going to church just to say you've gone then you are wasting your time. God does not want your religions he wants a relationship with you. We are living in the "Church age"; this is biblical from the book of Daniel. Daniel's prophecy (vision) spoke of seventy sevens. There is a time of seventy times seven years before the end of the biblical tribulation. Sixty-nine of these groups of seven years have passed and that puts us in the "Church age" which is a time when the church (God's people) are to go out and spread the news of Christ. After this unknown time then comes the tribulation. I have said all of this to say you should get you heart and life in order. No one knows the day or hour of Christ's return. Develop a relationship with God and he will never leave or forsake you.

I know a lot of people that go to church just to say that they went. If that is the only reason you go to church you might as well not go.

I agree Eric but on the flip side we should not fail to go to church just because we don't want to either. God knows your heart and your desire to serve him. One of the main reasons for church is fellowship with other believers. We should not be like the Pharisees but we should attend church when we can. Christians should go to church to serve, not to be served.
